Raw days usually amount to lots of fruit for breakfast, or maybe a frozen banana and raw almond smoothie, and lots of greens, vegetable, and avocados throughout the day. With all the great summer produce, gazpacho is a nice addition, too. Usually a raw Monday is enough to set me straight for the week and help me feel more like a person when I would otherwise just want to crawl back into bed.
